Privacy notice

TAWAI Studio is a brand of SKILLMOJO EDUTECH PRIVATE LIMITED (www.tawai.studio). We decide how your details are used, so under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act we are responsible for them. Contact: info@tawai.studio.

• The details you confirm: name, email, mobile, company and any optional details (job title, WhatsApp, website, address, social links).
• The photo of your visiting card, and any photo or logo you add.
• Your choices: that you agreed to this notice, whether you want updates, and when.
• Where you came from (for example, a QR code at our stall).
• How often your card is viewed, saved and shared.

To create and host your digital card, show you your stats, and contact you about your card. If you ticked the updates box, we may also send you occasional updates and offers from TAWAI Studio. We don't sell your details.

To read your card, its photo is sent securely to an AI service (OpenAI). It is used only to read the text and is not used to train their models.

On our secure cloud service. Your card photo and agreement records are private. Anyone with your card link sees only the details you choose to show.

While your card is active. If you deactivate it, we keep your details for up to 12 months in case you want it back, then erase them. If you ask us to erase your details, we do it within 30 days.

Log in any time to edit your details, hide any detail, or deactivate your card — the link stops working straight away.

You can also ask to see what we hold, correct it, erase it, stop updates, withdraw your agreement, or name someone to act for you. Email info@tawai.studio — we reply within 7 days. To permanently erase your data, email info@tawai.studio.

If you're not happy with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
